Who went back to work this week? Having New Year's Day on a Wednesday is a toss up. I haven't figured out if this was a good week to reach out to new connections or not. Are people getting ramped up for 2025 NOW or are they stretching out the break until Monday the 6th when all the kids go back to school?
Well, whatever team you are on, 2025 is coming in hot on January 6th and it is a GREAT time to revisit your team's goals, strategics, and communication.
